Stripe connection on Forms failing intermittently

Starting on September 7th, Formstack was blocking some Stripe traffic due to an automated security setting. Some customers may have experienced failed transactions with a Stripe integration as a result. In addition, some customers may have been directly contacted by Stripe referencing /admin/form/stripeHook.

We have restored the connection and verified that this traffic is valid and we have added it to our Allowed List. We apologize for the interruption and any confusion this may have caused.

Stripe service was fully restored today (September 11) at approximately 12:00 noon Eastern time.
