On Thursday, 02/16/2023, at approximately 1:05 pm EST, during routine maintenance, it was discovered that Forms email deliveries ceased operations. The root cause was identified and addressed, and operations were fully restored at 3:10pm EST. While any submissions which took place during this period were not affected, any emails that failed to send during the down period are not recoverable.
