On November 8, Formstack Documents will be adding new IP addresses.

For users who restrict firewall or other security mechanisms to only grant access to certain IP addresses, you’ll need to whitelist the new addresses to avoid an interruption in service. You’ll need to make this update prior to November 8 to avoid any potential interruptions to integrations (Webhooks, SFTP, SMTP, and LDAP).

If you’re unsure if this update applies to your account, check in with your IT administrator to verify.
