Update
FSID and Forms products have been put into Maintenance Mode. Users can not login to Formstack, and all forms are not available until the system function is restored

On Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 2:00 am EST, users will experience scheduled downtime for approximately two hours for the Formstack FS ID and Forms products. During this time, users will be unable to access their Formstack apps or Admin Panel, and for a portion of this time, published forms will not display in the browser or collect submissions.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Formstack Forms (Main Application, Forms (Hosted & Embedded), FSGo Mobile App, Email System (SendGrid), Login SSO (Single sign-on), Billing Portal) and FS ID.
