We have been monitoring both the database and the application and have seen consistent performance over the past two days. We are now considering this issue resolved.

Monitoring
We are currently experiencing an intermittent outage with Formstack Forms Application. Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Below are the details of the Outage.
Description/Impact: All parts of the Formstack Forms application for some customers could have been impacted including submissions, integrations, and access to Formstack Forms. At this time, all of Forms should be fully functional.
Next Steps: No steps need to be taken at this time for our customers. Our internal teams will continue to monitor the issue.
